Unless you are a client and your client agreement specifically calls for us to process your personal data as further described below, Mastering Market Entry LLC is not a „data processor“ of your personal data. Because we are a law firm, we process information about individuals in the course of our representation of clients. This Privacy Notice does not apply to information that you provide to Mastering Market Entry LLC in the context of client relationships or that is protected by confidentiality, attorney-client privilege, the attorney work product doctrine or other applicable protections. Although we typically process personal data in the course of our legal representation of clients, such processing is done on behalf of and under the instruction of our client, subject to our retainer agreements and professional obligations, and is not covered by this Privacy Notice. The information we collect and process in this context is subject to our terms of engagement and professional obligations and is not covered by this Privacy Notice.
